After all whats the point in doing all that training if you aren’t seeing the improvements?
So, another question I get asked an awful lot is…
How can I become a better triathlete?
And since everyone knows that Team Sky have the right formula then maybe their “Marginal Gains” philosophy is correct.
In fact, why don’t we all look for 10 areas where we can find a 0.1% improvement?
Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with Marginal gains…if you are Wiggins, Brownlee or Stanford and you are close to the limits of your potential.
But for most of us I think that the answer is much simpler.
