it's Nick Rose again the
"Face of CompuTrainer for 2011".
Training has been going extremely well and I just wanted to keep you up-to-date with my progress.
Since my last e-mail I've done another CP20 test. This time my average power for the 20 minute Time trial was 316 watts. This means that since my first test (292w) I have improved by 24 watts which is
a massive 8.2%.....in only 3 months
The first increase was impressive but this just keeps getting better and better!
It's not like I'm a full time athlete, but at the same time I always considered myself a resonably strong cyclist, even before I got the Computrainer. To be perfectly honest, when Simon said I could improve by 10% in 5 months, I thought he was winding me up!
Now it seems that those promises are actually very conservative!
And its not just me there are some other guys posting great results as well
Keith Hatter 230-246 watts in 3 months (7% increase)
Rob Shaw 211-226 watts in 2 months(5% increase)
and there are many others

BEFORE I GO THERE'S ONE FINAL THING I NEED TO TELL YOU
The CompuTrainer has to be the best investment you could ever make for triathlon or cycling training. Whereas you get a once only benefit from aero wheels or a new bike, the Compy will continue helping you boost your power for as long as you use it (there's a good reason that most of the worlds top triathletes have one!!)
You still have a couple of months before the season starts so a 5-6% improvement is easily possible - as you can see from my result!
Take action now before it's too late
See you next month
