CTeamers Winning BIG in 2007 Ironman and 70.3 Races

22-Jun-2007

For over 15 years an amazingly high percentage of Ironman races have been won by CompuTrainer users (CTeamers for short). Typically their first Ironman win occurs a year or two after they switch to CompuTrainer. Repeat Ironman championships usually follow. The connection between training on CompuTrainer and winning full Ironman races (112 mile bike leg) is running true to form in 2007. Three of the first eight Ironmans (New Zealand, Arizona, and Lanzarote) were won by Joanne Lawn (NZ), Heather Gollnick (USA) and Eneko Llanos (Spain). Five other CTeamers finished second. The same pattern holds in the shorter Ironman 70.3 races. Andy Potts (USA), Kate Major (Australia), Craig Alexander (Australia), and TJ Tollakson (USA) won five of the first eight 70.3 races (56 mile bike leg).
Age-Groupers benefit from CompuTrainer the same as the Pros!
