“I consistently do my shorter rides that have specific intensity intervals on my CompuTrainer every week (all seasons). I also did all of my long training on the CompuTrainer this winter in preparation for Ironman Texas (being from MA, the weather is terrible in the winter!). The CompuTrainer helps me in hitting my wattage goals and have consistent training sessions (unlike the road with starts/stops, etc).”
