Simon’s Corner: Your Swimming SUCKS because . . . . .
I know I told you last week not to get too focussed on swimming faster.
But, that DOESNT mean you should give up on trying to be a better swimmer.
Remember that even if you can exit the water in the same time having used less energy, you’ll probably make up a lot more time on the bike and run. That IS something worth working for.
In todays video I’ve highlighted several reasons why your swimming might suck and also a few solutions for you.
