“I like to think of my time spent on the Computrainer as the Pain Cave as it is easily the best use for an hour of time one can spend training on their bike. There is no coasting and only high intensity and quality pedaling. My bike training on my home Computrainer in Colorado allowed me to prepare for Ironman Cozumel this past November and allowed me to exit the 112-mile bike portion as the 3^rd place professional. I recently moved to San Diego but I plan on training on my Computrainer for my high quality sessions at least three times each week.”
